Hi Welcome! I'm Lama. My friends called me Lama.

I'm not Lama. But I'm None. Why i said so? We constantly change and evolve, and our sense of self is never set nor static, as stated in the phrase "you are not you." Over time, our experiences, relationships, and personal development can mould and change who we are. In this way, the phrase "you are not you" could inspire us to accept change and development as well as to see ourselves as dynamic, complex individuals.

You are not you - don't you...

One view is that the titles or identities we give ourselves don't always define who we truly are. We may frequently feel compelled to live up to cultural norms or to project a particular self-image, yet doing so might make us lose sight of our genuine selves. In this way, the phrase "you are not you" could inspire us to accept our true selves and let go of any self-imposed limitations or labels.

It's was You Become Monk Become You, you are not you

"You are not you" can serve as a potent reminder to embrace our authenticity, be open to new experiences, and be willing to change and grow over time.

My Journey

Mindfulness- It's a remarkable and uplifting narrative of how I went from being a human to being a monk and back again. I probably got the chance to learn more about mindfulness, spirituality, and personal growth during my time as a monk. I may have learned the following lessons while living as a monk: Being totally present in the moment, without judgement or diversion, is the practise of mindfulness. I probably had the chance to practise mindfulness as a monk in a variety of contexts, including meditation and regular tasks like eating and walking. I might have developed a stronger sense of calm and clarity as well as a better appreciation for the present moment thanks to these techniques. Spirituality: Connecting with something more than oneself, whether it is a higher power, the nature, or a sense of meaning and purpose, is the practise of spirituality. I most certainly had the chance to investigate and develop my spirituality while i was a monk through prayer, meditation, and other practises. I feel more connected to the environment around me and have a clearer awareness of my role in it as a result of these actions. Personal growth- Personal development and improvement over time, whether it be in an intellectual, emotional, or spiritual sense, is known as personal growth. I got the chance to concentrate on my personal development while a monk through a variety of practises and teachings. I feel more self-aware and have a better grasp of my skills and flaws as a result of these techniques.
